    10. REFUND POLICY

    Table19 Media desires to make you happy, and if you are not satisfied or pleased with your purchase or results you may contact Table19 Media for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.While Table19 Media hopes it will not come to that, it will make it painless as possible. NOTE THAT ONLY PURCHASES DIRECTLY FROM Table19 Media qualify for this refund policy.

    11.NON COMPETE

    You cannot compete with the business model of Table19 Media to train others for a profit using Table19 Media materials for 2 years after becoming a member. This Term does not prevent you from using the Table19 Media training system to run your business of videography but you cannot sell online training materials and training similar to that of Table19 Media. Violation of this Term allows Table19 Media to obtain necessary restraining orders from a Court of Competent Jurisdiction to stop such unlawful competing.

    12.ENFORCEMENT

    In the event Table19 Media must enforce any breach of these terms and conditions it will be entitled to recovery of a reasonable attorneys fees and Court costs associated with such recovery.

    13. CONSENT

    Upon purchasing a course from Table19 Media, you consent to receive emails about content updates, promotions, and various other newsletters. You also consent to allowing your email address to be used in a “look-a-like” audience for Facebook advertising algorithms to find new prospective customers with similar likes and interests.
