1. Services

These terms apply to photo, video and content services ("Media") and AI systems including websites, calendar booking and payments, AI chatbots, AI receptionists and review generation ("Systems") provided by Table19 Media, LLC ("Table19", "we", "us").

By booking a shoot, a call, or any service, you agree to these terms.

2. Bookings and payment

A deposit holds your shoot day; the balance is due at delivery unless we agree otherwise in writing. Systems work is billed per the quote provided after your strategy call.

Payments are processed through our connected payment processor. Prices for packages, add-ons and content plans are listed on the relevant pages and may change; the price in your booking confirmation is the price you pay.

3. Turnaround

Real estate photos are delivered in 24 hours and video within 72 hours from a single shoot day. Rush 12-hour photo delivery is available as an add-on.

Content plan videos are delivered within 2 weeks of the shoot day. Systems build timelines are quoted per project.

4. Usage rights and ownership

You get full usage rights to the finished photos and videos for your marketing, listings and channels.

Table19 keeps the raw footage and may use the finished work in our portfolio and marketing unless you request otherwise in writing.

5. Rescheduling, cancellations and weather

Reschedule free with 24 hours' notice. Weather reschedules are always free.

6. Seller and property preparation

You are responsible for preparing the property for a real estate shoot. We provide a seller prep checklist; the listing agent is responsible for confirming the home is ready.

7. AI systems

All Systems are built on the Table19 platform and managed by us. You receive a simple dashboard and app. We do not guarantee specific business results, leads or revenue; outcomes depend on your market, offer and follow-through.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide for chatbots, receptionists and review generation.

8. Contracts

[CONTRACT TERMS] — any monthly or ongoing agreements, notice periods and auto-renewal terms are stated in your service agreement.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
